Supervision

EMMA is guided by high standards of trust, quality, and professionalism. For this reason, a transparent oversight framework is being developed to help members maintain credibility, meet best practices, and continuously develop. Supervision is not intended as control for its own sake, but primarily cooperation and prevention; EMMA aims to help members comply with industry standards and enhance operational excellence.

A trust-based approach is planned, through which feedback will be collected, spot assessments carried out, and support provided to improve processes. Oversight is designed to cover service quality, communication, partnerships, and adherence to the association’s values. In this way, EMMA aims to ensure that members are reliable, professional, and competitive partners within the machinery and equipment sector, both locally and internationally.
