Worker Training Programs
Employee training programmes and instruction
Employee skills are the foundation of every manufacturing company’s competitiveness. The association supports its members in training both specialists and managers by providing practical courses, masterclasses, workplace-based programmes, and digital skills development. The training areas include production management, automation, quality systems, occupational safety, and green technologies. In cooperation with vocational education centres, universities, and technology partners, substantial and flexible development paths are created.
The association also offers in-company training consultancy and helps to develop company-specific training solutions. The programmes are aimed both at new employees and at experienced professionals who wish to update their skills. Continuous learning is seen as the key to the sustainability and growth of industry, and the association is there to support this.
Supervision
The association is guided by high standards of trust and quality. For this reason, a transparent and effective supervision framework has been created to support both the maintenance of members’ trust marks and the professionalism of the entire network. Supervision does not mean control for its own sake, but primarily cooperation and prevention; the association helps members comply with standards, raise awareness, and support their continuous development.
A trust-based mechanism is used, through which feedback is collected, spot assessments are carried out, and support is provided where necessary to improve processes. Supervision covers service quality, communication, partnerships, and compliance with the association’s values and good practice. In this way, it is ensured that members are reliable partners for the entire manufacturing sector, both domestically and internationally.
